Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Alap Dev LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, for the TripFit service at tripfit.ai. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
TripFit helps travel advisors turn client materials into an editable proposal draft. It is not a travel agency, does not book travel, and does not confirm prices, availability, or supplier terms. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before you send it, and for what you send to your clients.
Your content
You may upload notes, PDFs, links, and other materials about your clients. You must have the right to provide that information, and you are responsible to your clients for it. We process it to provide the service, including by sending it to an AI provider to generate drafts. TripFit does not train its own model on those materials. You keep your rights in your materials. We do not claim ownership of your proposals. If you publish a proposal, the link works as a key: anyone with it can view the page. Do not include anything a stranger should not see.
Plans and payment
You can build and refine your first proposal without a card. Publishing or sharing that proposal requires a paid Advisor Plan: $39 per month, or $348 billed annually. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Cancel and refunds
The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the Stripe customer portal. Access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not refund the current period.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. Generated drafts can be incomplete or wrong. We do not warrant that TripFit will produce a sendable proposal or that any trip detail is accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Alap Dev LLC is not liable for lost bookings, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of drafts, public proposal links, or the service, except for liability that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
